Each parcel is packed and handled with care to ensure a safe journey to wherever you are in the world. All orders are shipped directly from our China warehouse, where Vowmerin operates from Monday – Friday, excluding CN public holidays.
Below is a guide to our delivery costs, services and approximate delivery time frames for all customers worldwide. Although we expect your parcel to arrive within these time frames, Vowmerin cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delays, including delays caused by customs. Parcels may also take longer to arrive during busy times. We aim to dispatch orders—whether via standard or expedited shipping—within 7 business days of the date they are placed. For example, an order placed on a Monday will be dispatched the following Tuesday, while an order placed on a Friday will be dispatched the Tuesday of the week after next.
When placing your order, please ensure to provide a valid home or business address. We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Box or freight forwarding addresses.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates in the event of courier issues or weather-related delays so we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Please allow additional time for remote areas.
